Hello,
I am a woman and my usual French shoe size is 38.
I have mainly Adidas sneakers and I would like to buy a pair of Nike Zoom Blazer Low.
Here are the labelled shoe sizes on the different pairs I%26#039;ve got:
- Adidas Campus (a little tight): FR 38, UK 5, US 5 1/2, JP 235
- Adidas Country : FR 38, UK 5, US 5 1/2, JP 235
- Adidas Country - another pair: FR 38, UK 5, US 5 1/2, JP 240
- Adidas Superstar (most comfortable): FR 38, UK 5, US 5 1/2, JP 235
- Adidas Superstar II: FR 38, UK 5, US 5 1/2, JP 235
- Puma Roma: FR 38, UK 5, US 6, JP 24
- Nike (don%26#039;t know the model but a little too tight): FR 38, UK 4.5, US 7, JP 24
This is all very confusing as I wear both men%26#039;s and women%26#039;s and I noticed that the UK size is always 5 (except for the tight Nike). I%26#039;ve got the following data for the pair I want to buy:
EUR 37.5 US 6.5 JPN 240 UK 4
EUR 38.5 US 7.5 JPN 250 UK 5
(EUR 38 is not available)...
Anyone with an history in both brands, please help me out!
Which Nike shoe size should I pick since I%26#039;m an Adidas wearer?
Seems like you did the most research on your question. I take it you can only order these on line. Why don%26#039;t you go to a Foot Locker or other sports store ahead of time, and try something comparible on. Then place your order. Or just order 2 pairs and keep the ones that fit you best. Return the other pair. You have obviously wanted these for a long time. Hope they are everything you hoped they%26#039;d be.
Reply:When I buy Nike%26#039;s I have to buy a 1/2 size bigger than what I wear in other gym shoes.
Reply:nike doesnt make shoes as wide as adidas so if you have a wider foot that might be why the pair you have are a little tight. so you definately have to go with a bigger size.
Reply:With NIKE you need to go with a half size to one whole size bigger since NIKE does run there shoes somewhat smaller than adidas does. thats what i know about them. i found this out from a footlocker worker.
